We are currently working on developing an IBI using eDNA to detect phytoplankton, macroinvertebrates, and fish DNA.  We are in the process of assigning tolerance scores to different species and then evaluated the impactedness of waterways based off of these tolerance scores. So far, the work is promising.  Stay tuned!
