Due to the difficulty/cost of getting cups, we have switched over to foil packages. It is very important that you put the filter into the foil package before you send it back to us as it has a barcode on it for identification.
The instructions say to put the kit filter in a cup, but my kit has a foil packet. What do I do? Print
